These Terms govern your use of the Website only. The purchase of any steel building, metal building, kit, component, or service from SteelBuilt is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Photographs of SteelBuilt buildings on the Website are owned by SteelBuilt or used with permission of the owner. These images may not be used by third parties for any commercial or promotional purpose without written consent from SteelBuilt.

5. User Submissions

If you submit information, photos, drawings, plans, comments, or other content to SteelBuilt through the Website, by email, or through a Meta or Google lead form ("Submissions"), the following applies:

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of your Submissions
• You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that the Submission does not infringe any third party's rights
• You grant SteelBuilt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the Submission for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, preparing a quote, completing your project, or otherwise providing services to you
• You will not submit anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable

We are not obligated to respond to, review, or act on any Submission, and we may delete or refuse Submissions at our discretion.

6. Product Information, Quotes, and Orders

The Website contains general information about steel and metal buildings, building types, available configurations, and example projects. This information is provided to help you understand what SteelBuilt offers and to start a conversation about your project.

6.1 Information Is for Reference Only

Specifications, dimensions, configurations, photographs, drawings, and other information shown on the Website are illustrative and for general reference only. Actual buildings are custom-engineered for each project and may differ from what is shown on the Website.

6.2 No Binding Offer

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell a building, kit, component, or service at any specific price or on any specific terms. References to buildings being for sale, available, or in stock are general statements about SteelBuilt's product range, not binding sales offers.

6.3 How a Sale Happens

Every SteelBuilt project is sold under a separate written agreement. The process is generally as follows:

• You contact us through the Website, by phone, by email, or through a Meta or Google lead form
• We discuss your project and provide a written quote
• If you accept the quote, we prepare a written agreement covering specifications, price, payment terms, delivery, and other project details
• The agreement becomes binding only when signed by both parties

Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote and are subject to change based on material costs, engineering requirements, site conditions, and other factors.

6.4 Pricing and Availability

Any prices, lead times, or availability information shown on the Website are estimates and are subject to change without notice. The price for your project will be set in your written agreement with SteelBuilt.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including social media platforms, partner sites, and supplier websites. These links are provided for your convenience only.

SteelBuilt does not control these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. 8. Disclaimers

SteelBuilt's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, regardless of the cause of action, will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

This section limits liability for use of the Website only. It does not limit any rights you have under your written agreement with SteelBuilt for the purchase of a building or service, or any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SteelBuilt, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any Submission you provide to us through the Website or otherwise

11. Privacy

12. Termination of Access

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written agreement you sign with SteelBuilt for a building or service, are the entire agreement between you and SteelBuilt regarding your use of the Website.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. SteelBuilt may assign these Terms without restriction.
